Information and instructions about electronic deposit of your auto insurance premium credit

Horace Mann is providing an auto premium credit because you’re driving less due to COVID-19. To expedite delivery of the credit, Horace Mann is partnering with JP Morgan Chase to offer you the option to accept your credit as an electronic deposit to your bank account.

You’ll receive an email from JP Morgan Chase on behalf of Horace Mann with the following sender address: donotreplyChasePayments@jpmorgan.com. See below. sample JP Morgan Chase Horace Mann email

What you need to do:

  • Within the email, choose the option to “Accept Money”
  • You will be prompted to create a user ID and password to log in to a secure website
  • For security purposes, you will be asked to provide information to validate your Horace Mann account

Important information:

  • You’ll need to have a bank account and mailing address in the United States to receive your credit electronically
  • This offer will expire within 10 days of initial receipt
  • We encourage you to act quickly to this offer or a refund check will be mailed to you
  • You can expect a deposit within 48 hours following acceptance
